May you all have the most wonderful, blessed Thanksgiving. I will be cooking for my awesome husband and Charlie. Gerry is in Panama City celebrating with Jada"s family. We will be having turkey, mashed potatoes, rutabagas, gravy, stuffing, broccolli casserole, corn, cranberry sauce and of course pumpkin pie with cool whip. We are thankful to be able to have such a wonderful meal, a wonderful family and so many, many other things. Gerry and Jada are in the process of buying a house, the closing date is Dec 30th but we hope to close by the 15th. I have put some pictures on flickr. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house, with a living room, formal dining room, a huge eat in kitchen and family room down stairs. The masterbedroom is ridiculous, the master suite takes up one side of the upstairs and three other bedrooms and a bath take up the other side. There is a sitting room in the master that I could fit my living room in and a huge walk-in closet. There is also a media room upstairs. I wouldn't want to have to clean that house. Thankfully it is a small yard something Gerry should be able to manage. So the kids should be pretty busy until the end of the year. Charlie is working at Kennesaw and working on his masters. There seems one crazy thing after another is always happening on campus. My wonderful husband is back at the Lost Mountain store and the store manager there just gushs over him constantly. The customers are so glad he is back. (of course he is the best) Let's see, that leaves me, I have been busy showing the kids houses and getting them under contract, volunteering at church and the farm, oh yeah and me and Gerry are taking David Ramsey's Financial Peace University, hope we get some good information. Well that just about sums it up for the Georgia Braun's. Enjoy each other and don't eat to much at one time.

Miss you all.......Had a great Thanksgiving dinner at Lori's..small crowd this year Linda and Hank spent Thanksgiving at Brian and Heather's new home. We had fun though..After we ate we all painted Christmas tree ornaments. They are all beautiful..
We had a great day too! Carol arrive Wednesday morning with Chuck. We went into Cardiff and walked around and had dinner. Thursday I was up and baking at 8am. Carol and I never left the kitchen until our other guests arrived!! Swear to God! I was exhausted!! But we did eat too much at one time. ooooh. BJ and Buffet go into the kennel today. And I will be back in the kitchen. Today is the Christmas Fair at Hayle's school and I'm bringing cupcakes and brownies. We leave for Munich really early tomorrow morning. We get there about noon, and I made reservations for dinner Sunday night in Olympic Park at the top of the tower in a restaurant that spins around. We come back Monday night and Carol leaves the next Monday. Then, 11 days later we head to America!! Yippee! Hayle makes her confirmation in May, and she is an alter server as well. I'm trying to get more involved in church, but they are a little resistant to my ideas. they don't want to do fundraising, that's what I do. we'll see. I am meeting with a cancer charity next week to talk to them. so we'll see. ok, hope everyone had a great day! I'll update you with pictures when I get back. Love you all.
i updated my blog :) lots of wedding updates
I hate to tell everyone this, but I was the first to respond to this blog. I don't know what happened to it. I said Happy Thanksgiving, I logged in and I swear I saw it. Must have been someone else's blog.
Anyway, we spent it at Stephen's brother's house and had a great time.
Nancy, good for you doing such good deeds and volunteering. If I didn't have to work I think I would volunteer somewhere too.
