I am too sad to call anyone, so I'm gonna just tell you all here. BJ died today. It was really horrible. He was swimming, and we think maybe his heart gave out. Pete had to jump in and get him. Oh, it was really terrible. ok, don't call or anything, I have a bad headache and am going to bed early.

nancy-i am so so so sorry about the dog. i can honestly tell you that i know how it feels...they become part of the family. if you need anything (even from over seas) you let me know.
buffet's not acting different, except at dinnertime. normally he would eat like a maniac, now he just looks at us, then eats slowly. if he acted like mary's dog did, i would lose it. well, after a tough morning, the day got better. breidget, i made those meatballs, but they didn't taste as good as pete's and mikes. i followed the recipe to a tee, I hate when that happens.
Nancy, We are all so sad to hear about BJ. We know he was deeply loved and will be missed. But what a lucky dog to have lived with your family. I'm sure he felt the love and is at peace because of you.
