Where IS Everyone??
I think it's been a month! Where is everyone, come on?? Update us on what you've been doing for the last 3 days at least. I went to an Indian Cookery Demonstration at hayle's school tonight. went shoppping this afternoon and had lunch with pete. Oh, while I was at school, hayle and pete went to dinner. and now they've decided it's something they need to do and will do once a month. hmm. I guess that's ok, I'll have my alone time as well. Ok, now you go.

Let's see. Tuesday evening I spent the night with Christy because I had a real estate function at the Classic Center. I had a fabulous time. Christy made spaghetti with meat sauce and garlic bread. By the way, she used applesauce instead of butter and you would never know the difference. Much healthier for you. So I had more than my fair share. But, it was healthier, remember.
Wednesday I attended the conference at the Classic Center and Russell (Melissa's old boss) gave me a case of wine. (Manichewitz, no less). I did not get home when I began to receive all these phone calls to see if I was okay. Apparently there was a terrible storm in my area. I guess I missed it. Anyway, I'm okay.
Today I had another class and tomorrow another. Busy, busy, busy. Oh, I am also organizing a 5K walk/run for breast cancer. The Susan G. Koeman Breast Cancer ... has a "Passionate for Pink" theme so we named it Blush Rush. (That was Melissa's help) It's October 28th if anyone wants to do it. It also costs $20. but it is for cancer research. Other than that I haven't been up to much

Yesterday I went to a book signing where the author cancelled, so I wasn't thrilled about that. He owes me 80P(pence) for parking for 15 minutes. And last night I went to the Indian cookery demonstration, I can't wait to give it a shot. Today, back to the gym, doing laundry, and more fundraising crap. Come oneveryone else, I'm waiting!!

And Linsey better get it thru her little head that she better be nice to people. I'm still working on that. But it's one of my biggest regrets in life. Mom always always always, said 'Just Be Nice'!! And it's true.
I don't understand the applesauce on the garlic bread. Did you even use garlic? Or did you just use applesauce instead of the butter and garlic?
She used applesauce in place of butter and then put garlic on top. She said she made shrimp scampi with applesauce instead of butter too and it was really good.
Christy, you are one of a kind! Sticking to your word about thanksgiving AND applesauce on garlic bread!!?? You think outside of the box. Now whens the wedding?? You two are so cute, a jump rope competition?? Have you done hoola hoop?
